Job Overview

The Info Security Ops Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts in the vulnerability management space. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

coordinate the analysis and delivery of Information Security Vulnerability Findings to customers with interpretative information security analysisprovide reports and metrics based on various inventories, scan results, and data modellingmaintain strong working relationships with IT engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to remediate Information Security and Vulnerability Findingscoordinate and lead vulnerability management forums with operations and engineering leadsautomate edge case reports and investigation workflowsmanage the special/priority analyst requirements for Fusion Centrerevise and update related documentationsupport the organization through internal and external audits of the various processes and procedures in useworking with senior management to coordinate and lead vulnerability management forums with operations and engineering leads as required to resolve outstanding/pending issues before requiring further escalation

Ideal background

fluent English knowledge3+ years’ work experience in Information Security or Information Technologyskilled in Information Security and Vulnerability Management processesknowledge of computer hardware and software including the understanding of application and patch development, and architecturestrong SQL/ Database and MS excel knowledgegood command of Python/Pandasknowledge of Qualys and SNOW  Threat Manager is an advantagemust be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

5-8 years of relevant experience1 certification or ability to earn within 12 months of joining preferredAdvanced Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven analytical skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
