Job Overview

The IS Prof Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

Generate metrics and ensure productivity to guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are metMonitor risk by analyzing the root cause of issues, impacts to business, and required corrective actionsInitiate the assessment, knowledge transfer, and transition of new security systemsEnsure essential procedures are followed, define operating standards and processes and develop procedures and process control manualsPerform information security awareness and training activitiesSuggest improvement to process efficienciesVerify through testing that essential procedures are followedProvide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team membersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Support maintenance and migrations on the SSO infrastructure.

Regular weekend work and working on shifts is expected.

Desired Skills

Enterprise Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication and Authorization ProductsIdentity and Access Management tools and processesStrong ability to utilize Unix and Linux systems like Red hat Enterprise Linux 8.x/7.x/ 6.x.Supporting distributed systems - Webservers, App Servers, Network topologies (Demilitarized Zone, Firewall rules etc.) required to support applications utilizing the authentication infrastructure.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of relevant experience1 certification or ability to earn within 12 months of joining preferredConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven analytical skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
