We’re currently looking for an Information Security GRC Analyst – Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible to oversees the business’ security requirements and obligations mandated by Japanese-Sarbanes-Oxley Act (J-SOX). The Compliance Analyst serves as the primary point-of-contact between business units and internal/external auditors.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

Identifying control and process owners, stakeholders, and key personnel for in-scope J-SOX processesScheduling meetings between key stakeholders and internal/external auditMaintaining meeting minutes and following-up upon agreed action itemsTracking J-SOX scheduled tasks, internal/external audit requests and deficiencies in ServiceNow GRC module; following-up on past due itemsSupporting internal/external audit on ad-hoc requestsSupporting J-SOX process owners in fulfilling requests for evidenceSupporting J-SOX process owners in answering control deficiencies and prescribing remediation plansReporting the status of J-SOX requestsMonitoring and escalating any possible or real delays on requests, including requests for extension on commitment timeEvaluating information requests for completeness and accuracyReporting on the status and implementation of audit recommendations and any other audit requests

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant work experiencePrior experience with J-SOX or US-SOX, either supporting SOX evaluations or conducting evaluations as part of internal or external auditPrior experience with ServiceNow GRC module preferredBachelor’s degree in related filed or equivalent experienceRelevant professional certifications preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Proven trustworthiness and history of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating well.An understanding of organizational mission, values, goals and consistent application of this knowledge.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.An ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and pay attention to sourAdvanced english LevelKnowledge of mainframe systems
