We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs for Federal and State customers. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in both cyber security and service delivery, capable of scaling operations and fostering growth.
HOW A CYBER SECURITY SERVICES/INFORMATION SECURITY CAPABILITY SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Perform essential activities at the division, business process, and information system levels to manage security and privacy risks using industry standards and frameworks.Partner with divisional CISOs and Sector leadership to implement and ensure compliance with current security policies.Negotiate with peers and senior leaders to arrive at mutually beneficial solutions to complex business problemsServe as the primary point of contact for the GRC team and services, coordinating technical security issues with appropriate stakeholders.Create and implement additional standards and processes as needed, conduct security maturity assessments, and develop strategies to improve organizational security.Govern the currency, accuracy, and use of GRC operational processes and tools.Conduct periodic testing to evaluate the security posture of assigned systems, including devices, networks, and data.Ensure consistent and compliant vulnerability management practices across environments.Oversee participation in security assessments and audits, providing pertinent input for the Risk Advisory Board.Ensure operational discipline by implementing best practices and continuous improvement processes.Build and manage large, high-performing teams through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and quality assurance for GRC Team Members.Ensure development and implementation of information security education, training, and awareness program.Participate in strategic planning and implementation of the Cyber Security Program, including development and maintenance of the GRC services roadmap.Support business development activities related to GRC services, including responding to RFPs and RFIs, and providing input to the Basis of Estimates (BOEs).Manage GRC financial forecast and budget.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, information technology, computer science, information systems, or engineering; equivalent combination of experience may be considered.5+ years of information technology experience required; 15+ years of information technology experience strongly preferred, ideally in engineering (cyber, network, cloud) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) roles.5+ years of experience in government contracting environments in planning, implementing, and sustaining enterprise risk management programs required; 10+ years of experience in government contracting environments strongly preferred.5+ years of leading teams, preferably delivering cyber security services. Demonstrable leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams larger than 20 strongly preferred.3+ years' experience leading Cyber Security sales and marketing activities.Experience in federal contracting proposal development and managing budgets/financials.Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Proven expertise in communication with the ability to convey complex technical data to diverse audiences.Proven experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (800-63-3), Identity and Authentication Management, Azure or AWS cloud, GRC Tools, and Cyber Assessments and Testing (e.g., ATO, penetration testing, compromise assessments).Must be willing and able to obtain Top Secret clearance.Ability to travel up to 10%.Certifications:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
