The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. **Responsibilities:** + Supporting the program by providing analytical and administrative services associated with the utilization of Distributed Learning classrooms in the 54 States and Territories. + Analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components. + Provide data analysis and visualization. + Performing scheduled and allocated work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance. + Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts. + Track and report initiated, open, and closed change requests. + Analyze change requests against the standards for asset and configuration management. + Monitor assets, configuration, and State-level programs for the Distributed Learning Program. + Creative ideas and innovative approaches for building robust capabilities and continuous improvement that facilitates collaboration across the project team as well as the client and other key stakeholders. + Deconstructs current business processes and monitoring of deliverables to ensure they are in alignment with existing policies, processes and procedures. **Qualifications:** **_Required:_** + Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance. + College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. + Three (3) years experience working with distributed learning environments. + Six (6) years overall experience in the IT field. + Experience working effectively in and fostering highly collaborative, team-oriented environments. + Understanding of web environments in large IT organizations. + Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture principles and user-centered design principles. + Knowledge of current best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility. + Ability to create and maintain articulate, structured technical documentation. + Strong organizational skills; must be able to prioritize and multi-task. + Proven communication skills; articulate and able to communicate with associates from different functional areas. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **_Desired:_** + Familiar with Agile Development Methodology + Security + |CompTIA and/or Microsoft technical certifications - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
