Job Description:
As part of Wealth Management Operations (WMO), Investment Information Management Organization, this position is an Information Management Analyst within Wealth Management Performance Operations group. This group is responsible for maintaining timeliness and accuracy of client investment performance returns for branch office network.
Responsibilities:
Performs quality assurance reviews, testing and training to ensures high performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standardsSupports inquiries and requests received from the line of business in a timely mannerEvaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall processEnsures all assigned daily initiatives, deliverables, and events are completed timely and accuratelySupports risk management and audit processes, including identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and exam preparationReviews and updates procedures as needed to ensure they are accurate and up to dateAdhering to record retention guidelines and standardsRequired Skills:
Ability to work well with internal and external team partners1 plus year of Investment Performance Reporting ExperienceAble to manage workload during high volume periodsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrict attention to detail and accuracyMust be available to work extended hours during periods of high volume.Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independentlyProficient PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and OutlookDesired Skills:
