reception experience in a healthcare setting preferredKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information Basic computer skills including openingreading email basic internet use Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments employees physicians managers patients and visitors Basic computer skills required Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people Ability to be resourceful in managing numerous demandsactivities simultaneouslyPROBLEM SOLVING
