This role supports the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to enhance data collection, management, and analysis across our asset management services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning/AI models, particularly in computer vision and object recognition.Enhance data analytics and optimisation modules for scheduling and programming.Support smart digital solutions for data collection and analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated asset information systems.Document and standardise systems, processes, and best practices.

What you’ll bring

Degree qualified in Data Science or a related field (a double degree with Civil Engineering is highly desirable).3+ years of industry experience preferred.Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Experience with computer vision frameworks (e.g., Detectron2, YOLOv8+).Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.Knowledge of spatial analysis tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GeoPandas) is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Meticulous, well-organised, and adaptable.
