**Introduction** As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results. **Your role and responsibilities** Implements and configures INFOR solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and provide trusted business advice with a deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analysing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilises business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations. Primary goals include: Strategic Solution Focus: Working across technical design, development, and implementation solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy and/or solution development and solution implementation, leveraging knowledge of this area and working with the latest technologies. Collaboration and Team Building: Embody IBM's core values while delivering project goals in order to build trust with clients and team members, with an emphasis on knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions. **Required technical and professional expertise** * At least 5 years of experience in the area of SunSystems and Infor Q&A (either in a technical role, application or support-based role). * Has experience implementing Infor SunSystems and Infor Q&A for at least 3 full project cycles as a Project & Team Lead. * Knowledge of any software language and relational databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server; Python; would be advantageous. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Knowledge of Accounting would be advantageous.
