Job DescriptionThis is a fixed term contract through to September 2026, with the possibility to convert to perm. This is a hybrid position based in our office in Los Angeles, CA The salary range for this position is between $65,000-75,000 USD, annually.
As Influencer Talent Manager, you will lead influencer marketing projects from kick-off through to wrap as our client contact during the production phase of projects. You will report directly to the Integrated Production Director, and will work with the team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Casting & Management
Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns, providing rationale for potential candidates, using briefs from client and Creator team or by using discovery CRM tool directlyTrack availability, rates, and other important details related to the project to assess fitManage scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including community development and management, product fulfillment, and content trackingProject Management
Manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with main goals met, keeping the team informed of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership insightsPrepare production deliverables, including campaign briefs, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reportsWork with Business Affairs team to ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are completedOn an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and shootsBring Production POV to internal and client-facing meetings, including project information, documenting the meeting for all partnersPrepare and organize regular campaign updates for clientsWith the support of Production leadership, troubleshoot production challenges and provide thoughtful solutions that meet client or project needsQualifications2+ years client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in relevant marketing/advertising industry or similarClient services skills, including experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requestsA willingness to understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful contentExperience working across 5+ projects at a timeAdditional InformationJoin Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritize your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.
