Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for an experienced Influencer Talent Director to join our Creator Management team. The Manager will implement and oversee the daily creator strategy and campaign execution for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead the campaign management team with the development of influencer marketing campaigns to connect top brands with top creators.

This is a fixed term contract through to September 2026, with the possibility to convert to perm. The salary range for this position is between $ 100,000-120,000 USD, annually.

Responsibilities:

Lead the team contributing to the success of Jellyfish's creator campaignsBuild creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new success metricsSupport training of all aspects of planning and audience reportingLiaise between the campaign management team and necessary internal groups on each account (integrated production, analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are metOversee Creator "casting", negotiations, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns.

Qualifications5 years of experience minimum working in digital, advertising, or influencer marketingExperience managing projectsEstablished network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts.Proven experience using negotiating skills and management of individual campaign Influencer budgets.In-depth knowledge of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube)Knowledge of the creator marketing space, offline and online space, and understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumerWorking knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsExperience with on-site or experiential Influencer eventsWorking knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
