Job Description We are seeking a strategic and well-connected Influencer Marketing Manager to lead Wallester's influencer and thought leadership outreach in the B2B fintech space. In this role, you will identify and collaborate with key voices in fintech, business, finance, and affiliate ecosystems to increase brand authority, visibility, and demand generation through trusted third-party promotion. Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy tailored to B2B finance/fintech audiences (e.g. startups, CFOs, affiliate partners, neobanks, payment platforms). This includes collaborations with our core client segments such as media buying agencies, e-commerce businesses, travel agencies, and other relevant verticals. + Identify and engage with relevant industry influencers, such as fintech bloggers, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn thought leaders, podcast hosts, and event speakers. + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external creators and KOLs (key opinion leaders). + Collaborate with internal teams (content, performance, affiliate) to align messaging and campaigns. + Manage contract negotiations, briefing, and content approval processes. + Track and report on influencer campaign performance, with a focus on brand awareness, lead quality, and engagement. + Own Wallester's influencer CRM, campaign calendar, and performance dashboard. Requirements Must-Have: + 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or B2B marketing + Strong knowledge of YouTube, followed by META platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter/X and fintech media ecosystems. + Proven ability to identify and collaborate with influencers and thought leaders in B2B environments. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. + Strategic mindset with understanding of how influencer campaigns support business goals like lead generation, partner acquisition, and brand trust. + Proficiency with tracking tools, UTM tagging, and influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, BuzzSumo, or manual CRM). + Languages: Fluent English is required. Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus. Nice-to-Have: + Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services. + Existing network of fintech content creators and/or affiliate experts. + Experience with multi-language or multi-market campaigns in Europe. + Knowledge of financial regulations for promotional content, such as disclosure requirements.
