This role exists to support the growth and execution of influencer marketing and partnership campaigns that drive brand awareness and community engagement. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in managing relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This position is critical for maintaining the brand’s authentic voice and expanding its reach within the health-conscious consumer market.
The Impact you’ll makeInfluencer Coordination\nIdentify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.\nManage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiation through execution and post-campaign follow-up.\nTrack campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting systems for influencer content and collaborations.\n
Partnership & Collaboration Support\nAssist with outreach and negotiation for partnerships, giveaways, and co-branded content.\nMaintain ongoing communication with brand partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.\nCoordinate logistics, deadlines, and deliverables related to collaborations.\n
Project Management\nOversee marketing timelines to ensure campaigns stay on track and stakeholders are informed.\nMaintain documentation and trackers for active projects, influencer deals, and campaign assets.\nFollow up with internal teams to support marketing rollouts across content, product, social media, and email channels.\n
General Marketing Support\nContribute to content planning, brainstorming sessions, and marketing calendar upkeep.\nCoordinate sample shipments, asset collection, and usage rights from collaborators.\n
