About This Role: Serves as the Infection Preventionist for all Trinitas Regional Medical Center sites. Responsibilities include: Identification and implementation of infection prevention goals and objectives of TRMC - Works in collaboration with medical and nursing teams and other stakeholders to develop a program that promotes sound and scientific infection prevention principles and practices - Develops policies governing control of infections and communicable diseases - Implements policies governing control of infections and communicable diseases - Conducts surveillance through identifying, reporting, investigating and controlling infections and communicable diseases - Supervises sterile processing functions.
Qualifications:
