All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Days **Location:** 601 EAST ROLLINS STREET, Orlando, 32803 **The role youll contribute:** Responsible for duties related to preparation, packaging, storage, and inventory of infant and pediatric formulas and related supplies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value youll bring to the team:** + Verifies patient identifiers and nutrition orders daily, facilitates order clarifications, and creates patient labels. Prepares infant and pediatric formulas that may include ready to feed liquid, liquid concentrate, powder, modular components, and human milk using verified recipes. + Ensures human milk or formula feedings that are expired or with anticipated expiration are removed and replaced with labelled prepared feeding to correspond to active provider orders. + Inventories and orders donor human milk from milk bank. Collects, receives, packages, labels, and stores human milk. + Ensures aseptic techniques and polices regarding formula/breastmilk handling are followed, preparation areas are safe and clean, and equipment is clean, well maintained, and operational. Responsible for safety and sanitation quality assurance and applicable logs. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: + Associates degree or greater in nutrition or related field + Registration as a Diet Technician by Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) + Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
