Job description

Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP SD/OTC Consultant.

As a Industry Principal in large global SAP transformation programs, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and make recommendations. You will create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 13 years of experience with Information Technology. The role may involve extensive travel to other project locations.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. • Overview
• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA O2C Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, strong experience across full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, and proven expertise in solution design, team leadership, and customer engagement.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and own the end-to-end O2C architecture for SAP S/4HANA programs
• Conduct and facilitate O2C blueprinting and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define O2C solution strategy and roadmap, including cross-functional integrations
• Understand O2C integration across extended business functions, including Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Transformation Management, CRM solutions, eCommerce platforms, tax engines, Accounting (FI-AR), and Service Management (CS/SM/C4C FSM)
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed solution architecture.
• Design and implement solutions using S/4HANA innovations in O2C such as aATP, BRF+, Settlement Management, and Advanced Credit Management.
• Guide and mentor functional consultants and delivery teams on best practices in O2C.
• Participate in SAP assessments, fit-gap analysis, and Readiness Check evaluations.
• Contribute to presales efforts including solution design, RFP responses, and customer orals/presentations.
• Engage with clients to define digital transformation strategies within the OTC domain.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge and experience across core O2C modules: SD, Credit Management, Billing, Pricing, Rebates, Returns, ATP/aATP, CVI.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA assessments, Readiness Check, and Simplification Items.
• Expertise in SAP solutioning and architecture for large-scale transformations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong track record in SAP presales including orals, solutioning, and client demos.
• Experience with SAP Signavio for process modeling and improvement.
• SAP certification(s) in SD or S/4HANA Logistics.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Functional/technical proficiency in SAP applications related work, including at least 5 full lifecycle SAP SD implementations
• Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP SD with SAP S/4HANA, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest SAP technologies.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal & client management skill
• Very Good understanding of interfaces set up with multiple systems
• Ability to run blueprinting workshops independently and deal with senior stakeholders from client side
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
• Experience in drive pre sales , RFPs and POCs
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The estimated annual compensation will be as follows: For CA, WA, NY, CO, IL, MN, MD, NJ- $ 118,000 to $174,000
For Washington DC: $119,500 to $155,000
