CTG is seeking to fill an Industry Package Consultant opening for our client in Ohio. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Lead the implementation and integration of packaged enterprise technology solutions to support client business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology capabilities with business objectives. Configure and customize Tier-2 ERP and MES systems to meet client needs. Provide functional and technical expertise in areas such as Infor (BaaN and Lawson), Apriso FlexNet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS. Support testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing guidance for optimization and best practices. Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP and MES package solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills. Ability to work independently and in team environments in a remote setting. Experience: Proven experience as a Package Consultant, Industry Package Consultant, or similar role. Hands-on expertise with one or more Tier-2 ERP or MES systems such as Infor, Apriso FlexNet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, or BPCS. Experience in system integration, configuration, and deployment. Previous consulting or client-facing project experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
