Job Description
Summary:You will formulate and promote industry sales growth plans, including the top 100 customers, strategic customers, ecosystem alignment and engagement, horizontally integrating various internal and external resources of the company, enhancing the company's influence in various process sub industries through collaborative development with top customers in the industry chain, and forming a systematic, scalable, and sustainable process industry business globally.
You will be reporting to Head of Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center, GRC.
Your Responsibilities:Do
You will lead the Industry Consultant and Solution Consultant teams in process related industries, leading the development of customers in several process sub industries of Top 100, while focusing on promoting four business directions: industrial upgrading, ESG/net zero, globalization, and traditional business. Through collaborative development of the industry chain and top customers, such as: EU, EPC, SI, OEM, enhancing our influence in various process sub industries, forming a systematic, scalable, and sustainable development of process industry business.You will collaborate with other team of SMIC, BUs, OEM, MA, and Marketing to focus on cross department development of industry value propositions, focused and differentiated application solutions, and contributing main strategic account development.You will horizontally integrate multiple internal and external resources of the company, provide industry customers with differentiated solutions and industry white papers of process industries, and prepare enabling tools and playbooks of process industries for several teams of the company.You will organize relevant teams to hold workshops and other process industries training to support sales teams in conveying our differentiated value in process industries to main customers and conveying results-based information to "C-level" customers.You will develop annual industry BSR and sales/growth plan aligned with global industry teams, main BU and sales stakeholders – Verticals and sales management including objectives and action plans for accelerated growth in GRC and ODI industry market.You will measure monthly/quarterly status and progress of the relative Industry business growth to sales management and global industry team. High level of expertise in integration of automation, information, innovation solution with process related industry customer.Be the Domain Expert on industry process (knowhow and understand applications / manufacturing processes / main market players) and support regional Account Managers to develop business in process related Industry.Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Drive Systems, MES / Information System, Networks, Services & Solutions, Application Knowledge, along with a basic understanding of all our products.Intermediate level of expertise in Market Research and Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Project / Implementation Management, Sales Fundamentals, Project Sales Strategizing, Value-based Selling, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer-centric Selling, Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Prospecting & New Customer Development. Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts), Account Planning & Management.Promote the implementation, innovation, and breakthrough of Rockwell Automation strategy in process related industry.Educational Qualifications / Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Automation is required.Minimum 10 years automation application experience in any process related industries, the sales/marketing experiences in Automation industry.Minimum 10 years of experience in process related industry with solid domain knowledge in the relevant industry and commercial experience is must.Familiar with the digital transformation, national policy, and industry development trend in one or more of process related industries.5+ years leadership experience.Proficient in using English for communication and writingWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
