**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** * Experience in Supporting SWIFT Services Bureau clients. * Experience of SWIFT Release migration in SSB all environments like Production, DR, Backup, and UAT on Linux / Windows /AIX Platform. * Knowledge of installing latest quarterly security updates for SAA, SAG, SNL, and AWP on Production, DR, Backup, and UAT environments **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience in Supporting SWIFT Services Bureau clients. * Experience of SWIFT Release migration in SSB all environments like Production, DR, Backup, and UAT on Linux / Windows /AIX Platform. * Knowledge of installing latest quarterly security updates for SAA, SAG, SNL, and AWP on Production, DR, Backup, and UAT environments. * Coordinating with OS team members while upgrading the regular Windows patches, post finishing the activity checking the SWIFT and other applications states to ensure that, all are functional **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience in Monitoring the performance of SWIFT Service Bureau Servers by doing daily, weekly, monthly health checkup of SWIFT applications as well as at the OS level IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
