As an Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the operational aspects of our organization's physical facilities. Your expertise in facilities maintenance will ensure the functionality, safety, and sustainability of our facilities while adhering to industry standards and regulations. In this role, you will impact the overall success of the business by ensuring that our facilities are operating effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers. Your skills in facilities maintenance will enhance the productivity and efficiency of our operations, contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system maintenance, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general building repairs + Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly + Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner + Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies + Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs + Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs + Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems + Provide support during facility emergencies and participate in emergency response drills YOU MUST HAVE + Experience in facilities maintenance + Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment + Proven leadership and management skills + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects + Experience with budget management WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field + Strong leadership and decision-making skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills + Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
