The Role:
As Industrialization Project Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and lead all Supply Chain (SC) functions to successfully complete New Product Introduction (NPI) or technical projects for Supply Chain (new production lines, new technologies, etc.).
As representing the SC “one voice”, you will be accountable for SC execution of your projects to the executive Leadership: on time, at expected level of quality, and at cost / budget.
What you will do:
Be part of project from beginning, first-hand knowledge of scope and business plan, to evaluate risks and load, resources, capex, budget required from SC side. Ensure the NPI standards are applied by SC and delivered properly by R&D. Use MI processes and governance tools to ensure all SC requirements/deliverables are fulfilled for serial production. Ensure each SC function is committed and is delivering as per plan and at right quality. Define for each milestone the required deliverables with core team – risk-based approach. Get deliverables from R&D on time and with the good readiness level. Ensure continuous synchronization of project planning with SC industrialization retro planning. Ensure projects are aligned with SC strategy. Communicate project status, risks, options, and recommendation to leadership & project team. Define and drive phase in and phase out linked to project. Compliance with regulations, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System rules and other internal company regulations.
What you need to have:
Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Project Management, or similar. Strong experience in new products introduction / industrialization. New production / technology implementation as Program Manager with technical or SC background. Strong experience of Supply chain requirements and associated challenges: quality, productivity, skillset management, organization, demand management, procurement, sourcing. Good understanding of financials and business challenges. Not afraid to strongly defend his position, supporting it by strong argumentation. Strong analytical skills, transparent, rigorous, resilient and results oriented. Effective verbal and written executive communication of project status, needs, risk, etc. Strong leadership allied with Team mindset and an energizing, motivating approach. SAP (MM/PP) knowledge is a plus. MS Office 365, MS Project must have (or another project tool). PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be a plus. Fluent in English and Polish.
