As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage at all times.  Ensure all security equipment (e.g., radios, CCTV, alarms) is operational and properly used Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all security-related matters. Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports for internal management and the client. Review and approve daily reports and incident logs submitted by guards. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, client site rules, and applicable laws and regulations All other required duties Qualifications for Industrial Security Site supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada 1 - 3 years experience in security supervision or a similar leadership role Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols Proficiency in writing reports and using security technology (e.g., CCTV systems, incident logging tools) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hold a valid security license
