Based on experience, this is a security position that may focus on SAP and/or IC program requirements as well as DoD program requirements. This position supports the Gilbert Site as well as Dulles and El Segundo via virtual connectivity.
This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or 3.
In this job, you will:

Support the day-to-day security functions of multiple Special Access Programs (SAPs) or IC customer Have an opportunity to function as an ACPSO.Be willing to work with limited supervision and have the ability to make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.Responsible for interpreting and applying manuals outlining regulations and establishing procedures for handling, storing, and maintenance of records and for granting personnel and visitors’ access to restricted records and materials.Have a working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manuals (5205.07), IC Security manuals and security classification guides.Need the ability to travel and execute security responsibilities at deployed (CONUS) locations in support of launch operationsShowcase your proven ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment, fostering strong relationship and contributing to the achievement of shared goalsOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications - Level 2:

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
