1/ Job Purpose:Act as key contact for allocated customersDevelop and maintain relationships with key clientsHandle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Industrial Project (IP) Operations Manager or Head of IPProviding operation excellence to strengthen the existing operations and position the business unit for future growthImplement new and additional business to meet internal and customer expectationsSupport and coordinate with team members for project developments
2/ Main Accountability:Follow up and manage shipments from end-to-end since shipments were awardedCollaborate closely with other departments for smooth handling of shipments and continuous updatesAccept all orders/ shipments (from customers or overseas offices) and process them properly to ensure operation excellenceDebit notes & document consolidation & billing reportsHandle reports as per projects and client’s requirementsPrepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Manage suppliers through metrics/performance reviewPass on sale lead to Commercial teamParticipate in joint Sales visits (if necessary)Develop relationships with allocated customersTake and handle any customer complaintsAct as the first contact point for customer claims; support the customer in notification and reception of claims, provides DHL Global Forwarding's claims documents, collect required documents from claimants and hand them over to specialized claims handlers when documents are completedTake and process customer feedback and ask for feedback (e.g. follow-up on complaint handling)Escalate issues (if required)
3/ Process:Ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety proceduresEnsure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL Global Forwarding's standards, at all timesWork in accordance with all SOPs relating to the project
4/ Requirement:Minimum 2 years experience in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industryBachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business sectorsPreferably good knowledge of Supply Chain/ Logistics business & Customs procedures in the Industrial Projects Industry and business systemsGood knowledge of operational processes and systemsAbility to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly mannerExcellent written and spoken skills in English and local Vietnamese languageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave logical thinking and analytical skillsGood working attitude and teamwork
