Job Responsibilities

Support and accelerate studies and progress actions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.Use Michelin Way tools and Lean methodologies to contribute added new value in the People - Profit - Planet domains.Develop and implement change management strategies to support continuous improvement.Train and empower operational teams to autonomously manage and steer their progress initiatives.Conduct job studies and apply Lean principles to implement progress initiatives.Establish and maintain "basics OI" such as TU, TRO/TRS, and activity monitoring.Develop and enforce standards and associated control mechanisms.Share standard methodologies within the progress network.Ensure change management is carried out successfully.

Progress initiatives are successfully implemented, improving the performance of the entity.Operational teams become autonomous in managing their progress initiatives.Standards and control mechanisms are successfully established and maintained.Standard methodologies are effectively shared and adopted within the progress network.Change management processes are completed flawlessly.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role (entry-level to experienced candidates considered).Strong understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to train and mentor team members.Ambitious and driven to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
