Support process monitoring activities, including chronoanalysis, OEE control and monitoring of variables during manufacturing, in addition to improvement projects in Lean Manufacturing. Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in the implementation of operational control tools. Support operational training on manufacturing lines, purchasing activities in the sector and inventory control of the CRIB (tooling), including cost analysis. Monitor prototypes on manufacturing lines and manage samples with the analysis laboratory. Implement the 6S program.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Support in process monitoring activities (chronoanalysis, OEE control, monitoring of variables during manufacturing, improvement projects in Lean Manufacturing).

- Assist in the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Support in the implementation of operational control tools (4U).

- Support in operational training on manufacturing lines.

- Support in purchasing activities in the sector.

- Assist in controlling the factory's CRIB (tooling) inventory.

- Support CRIB (tooling) cost analysis.

- Support in monitoring prototypes on the manufacturing lines.

- Support in managing samples with the analysis laboratory.

- Support the implementation of the 6S program.
