Work Experience
What You will Do:
Work across various aerospace programs in the planning, execution, and tracking of changes, introductions and initiativesWork closely with production managers, supply chain suppliers, sourcing, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to manage and support efficient material introduction into the production manufacturing stream.Plan the sequence of operations, procedures and documents following manufacturing standard work and workflow routings. Track engineering change progresses including KPI’s, milestones and deliverablesDeliver Industrial Plan and progress weekly to stakeholdersCollaborate with team members to identify and resolve issuesWhat You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in science preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.Strong organizational and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and ProjectKnowledge of ERP, MRP and PLM systems such as SAP & Teamcenter5-8 years of experience within Industrial Management, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fieldPay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 /yr
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and to align with company policies. This position is located within Windsor, CT and is considered hybrid with occasional customer on-site meetings as required. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
