**Location:** York, SC (On-site)
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6AM – 4:00 PM (3-day weekends!)
**Pay:** $22/hour

Step into a full-time role where your expertise in industrial painting is valued and your contributions make a lasting impact. We're seeking experienced **Industrial Painters** to join a growing team that works on large steel equipment and components in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Prepare heavy steel equipment and parts for painting
+ Mix and apply paint using air-assisted airless spray systems
+ Ensure equipment and workspaces are clean, safe, and compliant
+ Wear and maintain proper PPE gear at all times
+ Meet production standards and deadlines
+ Work collaboratively with your team and supervisor
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Experience in spray painting industrial or heavy-duty equipment
+ Ability to clean, maintain, and operate paint equipment
+ Certified to operate a forklift (preferred)
+ Strong safety record and attendance history
+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
+ High school diploma or GED
