We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Painter who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. This hands-on role involves prepping, masking, and painting machinery and parts using a full range of industrial tools—from spray guns and powder coaters to sandblasters and grinders. If you know your way around a shop, understand how to protect surfaces, and can deliver a clean finish, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

Prep and paint machinery, parts, and castings with precision

Mix paints and powders to exact specifications

Mask and protect non-paint areas with care

Use spray equipment, powder coating systems, sanders, and grinders

Remove covers, guards, and small components for full coverage

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Help with inventory counts and basic shop support

What You’ll Work With:

Paints, powders, solvents, masking materials

Spray rigs, sanders, grinders, hoists, tow motors, ladders, and more

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in industrial painting or powder coating

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable working with paint chemicals and shop equipment

Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
