Apply now   * Required field.  Industrial Painter | $20-30 | Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $20-30 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pmLocation: Westlake, OHTemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus programJob Description An Industrial Painter prepares and applies protective and decorative coatings to various industrial structures and equipment, ensuring longevity and functionality through meticulous surface preparation and precise application techniques. Their work often involves using specialized tools and equipment, working at heights or in confined spaces, and adhering to strict safety protocols Responsibilities:Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesionPaint Application: Applying various coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, including specialized coatings like fire-retardant or anti-corrosive paintsQuality Control: Inspecting finished surfaces for imperfections and performing touch-ups as needed. Safety Compliance: Following strict safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating painting equipment
