This new global support function will contribute to the modernization and transformation of the organization, working closely with GBUs in a One Sanofi mindset on the Long-Term Industrial Capacity Plan (LTIP) to secure both our current brands’ portfolio and future launches. It will also optimize our One Sanofi Industrial Network, enabling us to anticipate better our needs and leverage simplification, standardization of our processes, and digitization. To support this ambition, the newly created Industrial Manufacturing Network team needs strong capability in Capacity Planning and Capacity Modeling as well as strong capability as Business Process Owner to design and implement the necessary processes on Network Capacity Planning for Drug Substances (DS), Drug Products (DP), and Finished Products (FP) across the different GBUs. This role is critical to accelerating our transformation journey and delivering the Performance trajectory, which will enable the supply and affordability of our medicines and vaccines to all our patients. The role will work in close collaboration with M&S functions (incl. GBUs, Strategy, Launches & OpEx Team, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, External Manufacturing, MSAT) as well as Commercial and R&D, and will interact directly with M&S GBU’s LT and Site’s LT. As Business Process Owner, close collaboration with the Network Capacity Planner Leads, Digital Support Leads, and Strategic Demand BPO within the Industrial Network Capacity Planning team will be critical as well. Ready to get started? **Main Responsibilities:** **Capacity Planning and Modeling for Specialty Care** _Strategic Demand Plan_ + Manages strategic demand plan (commercial and non-commercial) for a portfolio of brands and launches (time horizon 3+ years) + Partners with Commercial/IFLs, GBU and Supply Chain on annual Strat Plan to understand and consolidate strategic demand plan and assumptions, including seamless integration of the data between the IBP and the Strategic Horizon + Collaborates with Commercial and Global Supply Chain on commercial demand updates and / or new scenario for assigned product portfolio, ensuring demand and capacity plans are updated and communicated to impacted teams (eg. Product Teams) _Capacity Modeling_ + Lead capacity modeling and scenario planning exercises to enable strategic and operational decision making for all platforms current and future portfolio and optimize network facilities long term allocations. Contribute to the financial impact assessment. + Provides recommendations for network capacity balancing in the mid to long-term + Provides recommendations of shift patterns, OEE improvement, strategic inventories, investments or any other industrial need to optimize network capacity + Establish the long-range capacity and resource utilization plan recommendations, working closely with sites and cluster heads + Focal point for all questions and changes related to Long-Term Capacity modeling. _Industrial Network Strategy_ + Scope: End-to-end DS/DP/device/packaging & development /launch /commercial /LCM + Provides supply plan scenario input to Strategic capacity decisions, through the operational and long-range plan horizons + Maintains Industrial Network Long Term Industrial Capacity Plans together with GBU StratPlan Leaders, GBU Network Strategy SPOC & GBU IFLs + Together with the Techno Platform Strategy Owners (Global or GBU) contributes to investment decision recommendations. + Supports the elaboration and alignment with the various functions and get endorsed the long term (3-10 years) Industrial Network strategy for the products across platforms. **Capacity Planning Business Process Owner** _Capacity Planning Process Design_ + Lead the design of all processes and ways of working related to Network Capacity Planning mid to long-term (time horizon 3+ years) for DS, DP, and FP + Define the relevant governance to support the successful completion of the processes + Design the relevant KPIs for each process and analytics needed (e.g. process efficiency improvements, alignment across stakeholders, change management success, Data quality improvements, system adoption rates, etc..). + Capacity data ownership: define and own the capacity data requirements and be part of the data governance model (drive data quality in alignment with all stakeholders) + Define system(s) requirements with associated data and rules + Ensure alignment of the LTIP digital solution with the Network Capacity Planning processes + Integration across Planning horizons: ensure the smooth integration of capacity data between the long-term planning horizon and the tactical horizon (e.g., IBP). + Responsible for the documentation related to Network Capacity Planning processes and ways of working (incl. Playbook) + Responsible for the periodic communication (e.g. specific network and global platform capacity overviews). _Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement_ + Drive the implementation of a core model based on the standardization of the Network Capacity Planning processes. + Ensure process execution is harmonized and aligned across the organization. Monitor E2E process KPIs through associated reporting.
