Your Key Responsibilities
Develop, co-ordinate and implement an Area Sales Strategy with the aim of increasing overall Schaeffler products sales & service and provide up to date technical / engineering and service support to distributors and customers in the designated sales territory
Develop assigned areas/sectors with the aim of securing & increasing profitable sales for areas/sectors
Lead and manage the assigned team and distributiosn partners in the territory to defend and increase Schaeffler shares in existing customers as well as penetrate to new customers base
In collaboration with HR, plan and execute the development program of the team to make sure the people readiness align with organisation needs
Ensure availability and utilization of sales-related infrastructure (tools, systems, processes, services, partnerships etc.) Your Qualifications Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 to 15 years experiences in Sales and preferably having experiences in manage Sales people Knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc. Previous exposure into new digitalization concept (Industry 4.0) is a benefit Computer literacy and good communication in English is a mustAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
