And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Execution of repairs and maintenance inspections + Commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of tools, as well as machines and equipment + Setup of tools, production machines, and automated machines + Reporting and rectifying process disruptions + Creation, installation, and customization of replacement and new parts + Optimization of processes + Planning, monitoring, and executing projects, inspections, maintenance, and repair measures + Conducting test series to improve product quality + Participation in and support of LEAN projects + Compliance with DIN, ISO, and GMP guidelines + Ensuring cleanliness of the machine and surroundings **Education** + Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Tool Mechanic + Knowledge of various production processes, e.g., turning and milling + Basic knowledge in pneumatics **Work Experience** + Several years of professional experience in the industry **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Teamwork ability and good communication skills + High quality awareness and independent working style + Good MS Office skills + Good English skills desirable + Willingness to work shifts in a multi-shift system West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
