?? Position:  Industrial Maintenance Technician

?? Location: Spartanburg, SC

?? Job Type: Contract- 18 months

?? Pay Range: $22–$27/hour (based on experience, skills, and shift) 

 ?? Shift Schedule (Monday–Friday):

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ?? Training: All new hires will train on 1st shift for 2–6 weeks

??? Position Summary: Industrial Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our production equipment, facility infrastructure, and support systems running smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining a safe, high-performing environment ??.

?? Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance

?? Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, and conveyors Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and pneumatic systems
