Principal Accountabilities 

Supervisor requests, conduct hands on training of machine operators within the Ground Beef DepartmentResponding to and following up on reactive Maintenance calls in the plantConducting preventative maintenance (PM) and follow up repairs from PM’s within the facilityConducting daily line assignments by receiving a PM and walking assigned lines within department assigned Performing other duties assigned including maintenance assistance as needed in the entire facility

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorshipMust be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025Must be 18 years or olderAt least one year of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on industrial equipmentAt least one year of experience using hand tools such as drill press, hand drill, wrenches, threading machines, etcAt least two years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications 

Certification in Industrial Electricity I, II, and IIICertification in Motor ControlsExperience troubleshooting with PLC’s.Working knowledge of fluid power, hydraulics, and pneumaticsPrevious experience with Precision MaintenanceBi Lingual in English/SpanishOne year of experience TIG WeldingBuilding Trades (Drywall repair, spackling, Plumbing)Ammonia refrigeration experienceAmmonia certifications
