What You'll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:

Troubleshooting & repairing production equipment (injection molders, blow molders, conveyors, robotic arms)Performing preventative maintenance to keep machines hummingReading schematics and wiring diagrams to repair electrical & control systemsReplacing bearings, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic componentsAssisting with equipment installations and upgradesUsing shop tools for fabrication and minor weldingDocumenting tasks using a CMMS systemPromoting a culture of safety and cleanliness on the production floor

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (plastics or automation a huge plus!)Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systemsAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder logicExperience with multimeters, grinders, lathes, and fabrication toolsA high school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred)A desire to work for a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement
