Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and execute repairs promptly.Inspect equipment for wear and tear, leaks, or misalignment; make necessary adjustments or replacements.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments.Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training and audits.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:Experience in industrial maintenance, commercial maintenance, mechatronics, or related experience preferred.Minimum of 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
