Purpose of Role: The Industrial Maintenance Technician role requires working knowledge in welding, fabrication, mechanical troubleshooting, and repairs of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Under limited supervision and with minimal technical guidance, keep plant equipment in good mechanical repair

Strong welding skills and experience required, 95% Stick weld out of position

Be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy

Perform preventative maintenance on multiple types of equipment

Perform routine troubleshooting activities

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Previous experience in an industrial environment maintaining mechanical equipment

Must have welding experience, out of position (confined spaces, overhead welding etc.)
