Relocation assistance is not available for this position. **Benefits Offered:** + Medical/dental coverage! + Weekly pay! + 401k and PTO after 6 months! + Great benefit package offered upon conversion! **Industrial Maintenance Engineer Daily Tasks: What you will do:** + Ensure equipment and utilities reliability while maintaining cGMP and food safety compliance. + Lead and support maintenance operations, including corrective and preventive tasks. + Oversee preventive maintenance programs, spare parts availability, and repair documentation. + Monitor plant utilities (compressed air, steam, water systems) for quality and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, safety, and compliance. + Enforce safety regulations, interpret policies, and support continuous improvement. **Industrial Maintenance Engineer Qualifications/Requirements:** + HS diploma with technical training; BS in Engineering preferred + 5+ years manufacturing/industrial experience; supervisory background a plus + Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, safety regulations, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD + Skilled in troubleshooting equipment, reading drawings/blueprints, and maintenance practices We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
