Job Description

General Responsibilities:

In this position, you will work in the office and will also have opportunities to experience field testing and inspection activities as well as other field activities. Your experiences will include learning, understanding, and performing services related to:

Field safety and safe work practicesAll aspects of our field work capabilitiesUnderstanding sampling and field testing proceduresData acquisitionData reviewReport preparationCommunication of test results (internal and external)Quality management system and procedures

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Aid in asbestos, mold, and lead inspections/abatement.Perform sampling or testing as directed.Provide assistance to other field and/or office personnel.Transport equipment, specimens or documents to field personnel, laboratory, clients or other offices, and provides physical assistance in equipment set-up.Assists technicians or professional staff on routine tasks.Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.

Requirements:
High school diploma and currently enrolled in an Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology or similar program, and obtained a 3.0 G.P.A. or better.

The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
$17.75 - $22.50 per hour
