And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** An **Industrial Excellence Leader** who will drive the adoption and implementation of Industrial Excellence standards, supporting Syensqo's mission of advancing humanity through scientific exploration and breakthroughs by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. + Support deployment of improvement plans in various areas of manufacturing (production, quality, reliability) with strong components of change management from the preparation until delivery of sustainable results in collaboration with change teams in the manufacturing sites + Enhanced capability and understanding of Industrial Excellence methodologies within the organization. + A strategic roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives aligned with corporate goals and industry trends. **We count on you for:** + Promote and champion the implementation of Industrial Excellence standards across safety, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance within the organization. + Develop and refine Industrial Excellence frameworks and best practices to ensure alignment with corporate goals and industry standards. + Collaborate with site leaders to support the development and execution of their Star Factory roadmap, ensuring alignment with Industrial Excellence objectives. + Participating and leading assessments of their industrial improvement potential (Variable Costs, Fixed Costs, Quality, etc..). + Provide training and support to site teams on Industrial Excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. + Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and implementation of process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Industrial Excellence, providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements. **You will bring:** + A degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. + 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in implementing Industrial Excellence standards. + Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence. + Strong understanding of safety, quality, and maintenance best practices within a manufacturing context. + Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions. + Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. + Fluent in English; French, Italian, or German would be a plus. + Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations + Training platform for all employees + Free language courses (24 languages available) + Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological) **Additional information:** + Smart working flexibility: must be located in Europe About us + Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
