Responsibilities Time studies Operation method sheet (OMS) creation and revision Bill of Material and process routing maintenance Workstation layout design Cost analysis and reduction Process evaluation and improvement Lean, Kaizen, 6S and Value Stream Mapping activities Qualifications Basic experience with data analysis. Creative problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools, with a special emphasis on Excel This role would be a full-time, onsite internship in Jacksonville, NC from May-August 2025. A housing stipend will be provided to qualifying candidates in addition to an hourly wage. Education and experience required Incumbent should be actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at an ABET-accredited school and have completed at least one semester of Sophomore year. #LI-GM1
