Responsible for leading the Engineering team to support Operations and Project development strategies. Supervisor of Industrial, Mechanical, or Project Engineers. In this role, the candidate must ensure production capacity, quality assurance, and process reliability for equipment, tools, and methods.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical) e 3 or more years of experience related to the position.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the Industrial Engineer's activities for operations and project development, such as: Assembly process design; workstation design and ergonomics.Coordinate the Mechanical Engineer's activities for operations and project development, such as: Introduction of new equipment/tools, Poka-yoke, and testing devices.Resolve quality issues with a problem-solving strategy (PSP, DMAIC, Workshop). e Lead the Engineering department's activities regarding: Health and Safety initiatives, ISO 9000, PFMEA, and BSC objectives.Coordinate and develop the Engineering team's performance according to the Success Factor Objectives. Responsible for coordinating activities related to IndustrialEngineering for the introduction of new projects (NPD strategies).Implement short- and long-term improvements in HSE, PPQ, Process Efficiency, and Costs. Lead and coordinate Capital and Operating Expenditures.Enforce all BRP policies and administer disciplinary measures when necessary.Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to IS09001:2015.Comply with safety rules determined according to their role.Comply with planned training related to Quality and Training on time.Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY
