The Industrial Engineering/ Design Co-Op will support the engineering and production teams by focusing on administrative and data management tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing processes through the creation and maintenance of vital documentation and data.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Conduct ergonomic assessments of manufacturing processes and implement improvements to promote workplace safety and efficiency Design update functional tools to aid in assembly and manufacturing Create and manage UX/UI interfaces using Microsoft power APPS Create video work instructions and training information Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure that all tasks and documentation comply with industry standards and company policies.   Who You Are:   You are creative and select items you’re working with wisely. You dig for root causes of a problem and look for patterns.      For This Role, You Will Need: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or Industrial Design Ability to work 40 hours a week during the scheduled semester Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Work Schedule:
The typical work schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch) to mirror the hours of manufacturing operations but can work with the successful candidate to ensure optimal work-life balance.
