**Job Description** **What will you do?** The main purpose of this postions will be activities related to productivity improvements and Coordinate both legal and corporate training requirements, and work to eliminate waste of time, money, materials, person-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value. **Responsibilities:** + Legal Training: Ensure all employees are up-to-date with compliance and regulatory requirements. This might include regular workshops or e-learning modules. + Develop and coordinate training programs that align with the company's strategic goals. This could include leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training. + The position will develop, recommend, and implement changes which will result in the improvement of manufacturing processes and or product quality.
