Your new adventure
Do you have a passion for our engines and want to drive forward the industrialization of our components in mechanical production? In this position, you will be responsible for the conception, design and implementation of devices and equipment required for the industrialization of our products.

Realization of new products in a short time, at the lowest investment and product costs with high quality in series productionOrganization of design reviews and further development of our software infrastructure in cooperation with R&DClose cooperation with Industrial Engineering NPD and CAM, toolmaking as well as external suppliers and other areas involved in the projectActive implementation of new technologies, processes and methods for the further development of our production linesEnsuring compliance with machine guidelines, legal and internal safety requirements, ergonomic applications and the associated technical documentationIntegration of electronic components for partial automation/control and cooperation with system manufacturers, PLC technicians and electriciansCreation of work step drawings in compliance with internal design standards and further development of theseElaboration of production-side requirements for new products and feasibility testing of the component design from R&D

 

Your experience and skills

Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the field of design, mechanical engineering, production engineering, production technologySeveral years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company as an industrial engineer, alternatively in fixture construction, component processing or product designVery good knowledge of 3D CAD design, preferably with CREOEnthusiasm for complex processing machines and experience with combustion engines desirableStructured, independent way of working, willingness to deal with new technologies and innovations, recognize improvements and actively drive them forwardVery good German as well as good English skills are required

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,197.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
