To continue laying the groundwork and challenge what's possible for our business, we seek to partner with individuals ready to elevate their careers with us. *SUMMARY:*Responsible for determining the most effective way to improve efficiency, increase productivity and establish process improvement methods for highly specialized/major scale projects within a functional area. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*Develop detailed flows to understand the process and what works. Apply modeling and run simulations to test alternative solutions. Utilize structured problem-solving methods to improve processes. Perform strategic organizational and process assessments and compare them against current state with benchmark and assessment tools. Guide, facilitate and drive the innovation of breakthrough processes, products and services. Utilize and apply higher order complex statistical analysis. Establish metrics and processes that support solutions and the financial objectives of the organization. Provide work leadership and training to lower-level industrial engineers. *EDUCATION:*Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or a related field; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience equal to six (6) years. *EXPERIENCE:*2 years’ work experience in industrial engineering, operations, process improvement, operations excellence or project management. *TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:*Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint; excellent working knowledge Project. Demonstrated experience with statistical packages, operations research and modeling software. *COMPETENCIES:*Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to indirectly mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trend, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles and practices of change management. Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and facilitate technical/operational training to others. *OTHER:*Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Event Leader or equivalent *JOB SCOPE:*Position impacts the entire organization. *WORKING CONDITIONS:*Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
