Job Description SummaryThis role reports direct to the Sr Manufacturing Staff Manager and is responsible for supporting business growth initiatives, including development and maintenance of the systems and tools that integrate workers, machines, material and information flow, and Integration to ERP systems. The role will lead safety improvements, Lean, VCP projects and overall manufacturing improvements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of Planning and Production RoutingsOwn the maintenance of critical information use to manage day to day production and manufacturing processes (ERP)Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), Transfer of Work (TOW), and ERP Implementation projects.Develop and implement Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) projects and be accountable for successful completion.Utilize Six Sigma/Lean tools and techniques to drive innovations and improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience)
