The **Industrial Engineer** is the responsible to manage and analyze the focus factory data and KPI's results to provide reliable information for decision making, favoring continuous improvement. Apply methods and times studies, capacity and plant utilization analysis, management of production versions in SAP, evaluate investment projects, propose plant improvement initiatives, develop production standards, budgets, and support the quality and safety system. **Responsibilities:** + Review downtime and calculate the equipment utilization + Prepare monthly calculation of operating indicators and inform management in a timely manner + Participate in the costing of products + Keep up to date the specifications of the finished product and bulk routes + Control production standards + Keep up-to-date tolerances of the different making, finishing and maintenance processes. + Prepare budgets and investment projects focused on innovation and aligned with the strategies of 'Reimagine 2025' + Maintain and update structures in SAP + Perform plant capacity analysis + Presentations to up/ management/division (PPR and focus presentations) + Apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards **Requirements:** + Industrial Engineering or related career + at least 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain position + Management of Google Suite and Data Analytics (advanced Sheets and Slides) + Desirable knowledge in Google DataStudio + Advanced English level **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
