Implement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six sigma or Kaizen 3. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions 4. Manage inventories and materials 5. Optimize the use of resources (human, material, technological) 6. Evaluate production and operating costs 7. Prepare budgets and financial analysis for projects 8. Search for savings opportunities 9. Study times and movements to improve productivity 10. Train personnel in continuous improvement and industrial safety 11. Automate processes through software or machinery 12. Participate in the digitalization of operation (Industry 4.0) 13. Evaluate and select technological tools. Design more sustainable processes 14.
